I am writing to extend my full recommendation of real estate agent Pam Cole with ReMax/Accord.
I have been in contact with Pam for the last five years and knew after our first interaction that I wanted to ultimately purchase a home through her services. After viewing several properties, my husband and I sat down with Pam to look at the cost of the mortgage loan. First, Pam gave us disclosure of all costs that would be part of owning a home (principal, interest, taxes, insurance and HOA dues) so that we could make a fully-informed decision. Then, when my husband and I decided that we were not financially able to pursue home ownership, Pam simply and graciously said “OK. Let me know if things change.” It was a tremendous experience to have an agent put our needs first and above a prospective sale.
With the recent change in the real estate market, my husband and I were able to seriously consider home ownership. The first property on which we placed an offer was a short-sale and although the offer did not materialize Pam guided us through the process with full knowledge of what to expect and a careful eye towards the actions of the seller’s agent. The property we ended up purchasing was an REO (or foreclosure) and, again, Pam’s thorough knowledge of the process kept us well-informed and involved every step of the way.
Pam has also selected an excellent network of mortgage brokers and processors with which to work. Mary and Liz paid careful attention to our financial details and were proactive in obtaining and closing our mortgage loan as quickly as possible.
I can fully recommend Pam Cole as your personal real estate agent. If my husband and I ever need to sell our home we will certainly return to Pam. It has been a delight to work with her and the purchase of our first home completed without a hitch!

I’m not sure where to begin with my “thank yous”. I am impressed first of all with how well you handled the personality differences with my sister and I. You must have felt a bit like a yo-yo going back and forth between us, me not wanting to sell the house at all and my sister wanting to sell it ASAP. Never the less you were VERY professional and VERY kind to both of us. It meant a lot to both of us that you would call and email each of us separately (I’m not the best at forwarding messages).
You also seemed to respect all of our wishes. Not changing the asking price, you having to deal with one of the neighbors to name a few. You really went over and beyond what a realtor should have to do. It was so nice of you to deal with all the inspectors, repairs and even the staging. It was a real pleasure to meet Pam. She was a real help for us. Especially when we realized that the market was slower by the time we put our house on the market (it was Labor Day and then back to school time)…but Pam did all she could to make our house more noticeable.
