My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Livermore real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
Since Pam has had several real estate transactions of her own (some more pleasant than other), she decided to pursue her desire to help others reach the American dream of home ownership. In 2000 she obtained her real estate license with the hopes that she could make every transaction for her clients a pleasant one. After working for a small independent broker, she joined Re/Max in 2003 where she specializes in residential and investment property and has become one of the Top Producers in her office.
Since starting her real estate business, Pam has won many awards and is a member of the Masters Club at Bay East Association of Realtors. She is also a believer in the continuing education of real estate and has earned designations such as CRS (Certified Residential Specialist); CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert); SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and ePro (Internet Professional). She is a member of the Livermore and Pleasanton Market Associations. So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Livermore areas, please contact me.
Aside from Livermore California real estate, Pam enjoys spending time with family, friends and her two boxers, Roxie & Reggie. She loves to travel (all the while looking at the local real estate wherever she happens to be) but also loves spending time at home in the garden.
Pam is active in the community and supports local schools and sporting events. Her major involvement is with Livermore´s Relay For Life sponsored by the American Cancer Society. She spends a great deal of her time helping to promote and put on this event to raise funds for cancer research and patient support. As a cancer survivor and having lost family and friends to cancer, she feels this event is very important.
